Order fulfillment time (made-to-measure products)
The order fulfillment time is up to 7 days. This applies to made-to-measure products such as cassocks, albs, surplices, etc., which require preparation according to the customer’s individual order.
Fast-shipping products
We usually ship umbrellas, socks, clerical collars, cinctures, lace trims, and lace right away. If an item is temporarily out of stock, the processing time may be slightly longer, but we will ship your order as quickly as possible.
We process paid orders only
We accept for processing only orders that have been paid. The processing time is counted from the moment the payment is credited to our account, not from the order date.
Single shipping time for larger orders
If one order includes multiple products with different processing times, we adjust the shipping time for the entire order to the item with the longest processing time. This means the order will be shipped in full once the item requiring the most time is ready.
