Description

Liturgical openwork lace K6 is a high-quality white lace measuring 22 cm in height, manufactured in Poland according to an original design created in our workshop. The rich religious ornamentation featuring motifs of the Eucharist, the IHS symbol, ears of wheat and wine makes this lace an elegant and striking decoration for liturgical vestments and church textiles. It is ideal for trimming surplices, albs, altar cloths and other items requiring a decorative liturgical motif.

The lace is sold by the metre. The maximum length of a single continuous piece is 15 metres. For larger orders, the lace may be supplied in several separate pieces.

Purpose and use
The liturgical lace has been designed primarily as a decorative finish for church vestments and textiles. The motifs of the Eucharist, the IHS symbol, ears of wheat and wine refer directly to Christian and Eucharistic symbolism, making the lace particularly suitable for traditional liturgical garments.

The lace is suitable for use as:

  • lace for surplices
  • lace for albs
  • lace for altar cloths
  • lace for liturgical vestments
  • decorative trimming for church textiles
  • religious lace for individual tailoring projects

Pattern and decoration
The lace features richly ornamented openwork patterns with motifs of the IHS symbol, ears of grain and the symbolism of wine, creating a harmonious composition with a distinctly Eucharistic character. The IHS symbol refers to the name of Jesus Christ, while the ears of grain and wine symbolize the bread and wine of the Eucharist. The combination of these motifs with the decorative structure gives the lace an elegant and dignified appearance. Its height of 22 cm allows it to be used as a decorative finish for surplices, albs and church textiles.

The pattern is an original design created in our workshop and is protected by copyright.

Why choose liturgical lace?
Openwork lace combines the traditional decoration of liturgical vestments with original designs created in our workshop. Polish manufacturing and the rich Eucharistic symbolism make it possible to create elegant liturgical vestments and church textiles with an individual character.
